2 How to Enter

Entry is online via the Bellie's Bear Bow-Tique microsite at [MICROSITE URL].

1. Visit the microsite and use the Build a Bear tool — choose your bear and give it a name.
2. Write a dedication message for your bear.
3. Submit your entry by providing your first name and either your WhatsApp number or email address. No other personal information is required to enter.
4. On submission you will receive a unique adoption code and certificate. Keep this code — it is your raffle number for the daily draw and your entry into the grand draw.

One entry per person per bear build. You may build more than one bear, and each completed build constitutes a separate entry into the draws, provided the same contact detail is not submitted more than once per build session.

3 Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

Entry into the Grand Draw is entirely free of charge. No purchase, payment, or financial commitment of any kind is required at any stage to enter or to win.

Purchasing any product or service from Bellie's Bear Bow-Tique does not increase your chances of winning the Grand Draw and confers no advantage over other entrants.

Anyone who is asked to pay in order to enter this competition should not pay and should report the matter to the promoter using the contact details in section 1.

4 Who Can Enter

This competition is open to:

• Residents of the Republic of South Africa.
• Persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Persons under the age of 18 may participate, but a parent or legal guardian must enter on their behalf, accept these rules on their behalf, and provide their own (the parent's or guardian's) contact details.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors, and directors of Bellie's Bear Bow-Tique and their immediate family members (spouse, life partner, children, parents, or siblings).

5 The Prizes

6 Opening and Closing Dates

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. The promoter's systems are the sole record of receipt. The promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failure, internet disruption, or any cause outside the promoter's reasonable control.

7 The Draw

Both draws are decided by random selection of the unique adoption codes (raffle numbers) issued at entry:

• Daily Draw: one winning code is drawn each day of the event from all valid entries received that day, and that entrant wins the bear they designed.
• Grand Draw: one winning code is drawn from all valid entries received by the closing date, and that entrant wins the grand prize (the free birthday party).
• Draw dates & location: [DAILY DRAW TIME EACH DAY + GRAND DRAW DATE / LOCATION — E.G. AT THE STAND / VIRTUAL]

8 Winner Notification & Announcement

Winners will be contacted using the WhatsApp number or email address provided at entry within [X BUSINESS DAYS] of the relevant draw.

The winner's first name (and city/province at the winner's consent) will be announced at the Bellie's Bear Bow-Tique stand and on Bellie's official social media channels.

The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and South African residency before the prize is awarded.

9 Bonus Entry (Sharing)

Entrants may earn one additional entry into the draws by sharing their adoption certificate to social media or by tagging Bellie's Bear Bow-Tique's official social media account in a public post.

• Sharing must be done on a public profile.
• The official Bellie's account must be tagged: [OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLE(S)]

• The bonus entry is limited to one per entrant regardless of the number of shares or platforms used.
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry associated with fraudulent, misleading, or inauthentic social media activity.

10 Building & Claiming Your Bear

Your unique adoption code is your raffle number for the draws. To build the real bear, visit the stand in person:

11 Personal Information (POPIA)

The promoter collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and applicable data-protection law.

What is collected and why:

• First name — to personalise the adoption certificate and, if you win, to announce your win.
• WhatsApp number and/or email address — to deliver your certificate, send your entry code, notify you if you win, and (only if you opt in) send marketing communications.
• Child's first name (optional) — for the dedication message on your bear's certificate; used only to personalise the certificate.
• Bear build and dedication data — to produce your adoption certificate and, if you win the daily draw, to make the bear you designed.
• Adoption / raffle code — to administer the daily and grand draws and validate winning entries.

Marketing communications:

The promoter will only send you marketing messages if you explicitly opt in during entry (opt-in checkbox provided separately). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the promoter at [CONTACT EMAIL / WHATSAPP] or by following the unsubscribe link in any message.

Data retention:

Competition entry records (including personal information) are retained for 3 years after the close of the competition, as required for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they will be securely deleted or de-identified.

Your rights:

12 General

1. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to this competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
2. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure, technical failure, or regulatory change. Notice of any such change will be given on the microsite.
3. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and any other instructions issued by the promoter.
4. The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or any third party arising from participation in this competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by South African law.
5. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or do not comply with these rules will be disqualified.
6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner and to disqualify any entrant found to have breached these rules or to have acted in bad faith.
7. These rules and the competition are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, in particular the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. This competition is not administered by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any social media platform on which this competition may be promoted.
